| 我代表香港在2014年南京青年奧運會，是第一位在最快亞洲運動員，在今年贏得了許多亞洲杯賽事在亞洲，如日本天草ASTC鐵人三項鐵人亞洲杯・中國鎮江金山湖國際三項鐵人賽，中國梅州ITU鐵人三項鐵人亞洲杯及，台灣I宜蘭三項鐵人亞洲杯。 |
| I represented Hong Kong at the 2014 Nanjing youth Olympic Games and was the first the top Asian athlete and have won many Asian Cups events in across asia such as the Amakusa, Japan ASTC Triathlon Premium Asian Cup, Zhen Jiang Lake, China ASTC Triathlon Premium Asian Cup, Mei Zhou ITU Sprint triathlon Asian cup and Yilan, Taiwan sprint distance Triathlon Asian cup. |
